1. QUALITY over Price
It can be quite difficult to compare just based on price because different types of photography lend themselves to different pricing but you have to be careful to not sacrifice quality for the price.
So, what is quality – after spending over 10 years shooting weddings and events, I’ve come to appreciate that a quality photography is one that causes some sort of emotional response. It should be able to tell a story through its composition, lighting, and most importantly its subject matter.

2. Not just a Day’s work
Keep in mind that photographers are not just taking photos of you for 8 hours on your wedding day.The workflow begins the moment your photographer pickups the camera and ends the moment your photos are delivered. Any given 8-hour wedding really entails at least 40 man hours of work.It’s a lot of work to prepare for, to do, and to work on the back side. After shooting a wedding; photographers began culling, processing, color correcting, spot removal, artistic editing, album building, exporting jpgs, blogging, posting, delivering, etc, etc.
3. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
Affordability means different things to different people and doesn’t always mean cheap or low quality. “Cheap” is Low and/or reduced in price and in many cases quality; while “Affordable” is able to be afforded but the quality and service provided remain TX the same without the high-end price point. We find that being affordable gets us more work, and it allows our clients to relax knowing that they aren’t hemorrhaging cash at an excessive rate. And that makes our job easier.
